Our 9" ice cream pies serve 6 - 8. This pie is filled with our vegan raspberry ice cream and an extra swirl of bright raspberry jam. The crust made with our homemade gluten-free "oreo" cookies, crushed and pressed together. We decorated them with dried cornflowers and cocoa nibs.
