Pint: Burnt Honey, Juniper & Raspberry

A holiday favourite at Moo Shu since 2018, this ice cream has pine and gin-like flavours of juniper berries balanced with warm caramelized honey base notes. We add a swirl of tart raspberry jam made by our friends Top Shelf Preserves. Floral and woodsy, with bursts of bright and fruity, it reminds us of a stroll in the woods on a brisk winter day!
