Pint: Crisp Apple Crisp

Cryo-concentrated apple ice cream with warm-spiced oat streusel.

This ice cream is inspired by a classic Fall apple crisp but we use cryo-concentration to intesify the apple flavour without cooking it down. This method preserves the crisp flavour of fresh apples hence the name. Our homemade oat streusel adds a touch of warmth and texture for a perfect Fall season dessert.
