This August we are doing a brand new series! By suggestion of queer members of our team, we developed a Chappell Roan ice cream series for Fierté/Pride in Ottawa where each flavour is named for a song! Chappell Roan will be performing at Osheaga in Montreal Aug 3rd, making August an even more fitting month for this theme.
Just like the Wendy's classic combo, light milk chocolate ice cream + fried potato sticks (tastes like salted potato chips). The contrast of sweet & creamy ice cream paired with savoury crispy fries is a metaphor for the ambiguity and contradictions experienced in a situationship. It's both casual and gourmet. It's something people love to eat in the car ;)
