We're hosting an open house at our production kitchen so you can see the space where all our ice cream magic happens! As you explore our 3000-sqft facility, we will have stations set up to:
Each ticket allows for a 1.5-hour stay. Other than a churning demonstration, the experience is self-paced.
Optional add-on: Mix a custom pint of ice cream
We will have a station set up to decorate your own pint lid and choose your own mix-ins to get mixed into a pint of ice cream (dairy or vegan). The cost is $15 and you will have to come pick up your pint another day. To opt in, add the following product to your cart. Depending on availability, you can also opt-in to this experience when you arrive.
IMPORTANT: please let us know if you prefer vegan or dairy ice cream in the comments when you check out.
Accessibility & Sliding Scale Pricing:
Our kitchen space is in a basement. A service/freight elevator can be available for wheelchair access. We also have a few sliding scale priced tickets set aside. For either accommodation, please email us at events@mooshuicecream.com to arrange!
Mask Policy:
We have one session reserved as a strict mask-enforced session (Monday 5:30 - 7pm.). For this session, samples will be prepared for takeaway but should be consumed within the same evening. For all other sessions, we do recommend masking. No one wants to get sick with the holidays approaching! Moo Shu staff will be masked. Masks for guests will be available at the door.
