This decadent frozen custard ice cream is a recent Moo Shu fan favourite! Caramel custard ice cream is sandwiched between two homemade maple blondies for an easy to love treat.

Pro tip: ask to get it brûléed! We use a blow torch to caramelize a layer of sugar on two sides of the sandwich, giving it the ultimate crème brûlée vibes.
