Choco Taco: *Vegan Candy Cane Crackle

First, we fold our famous waffle cones into a taco shell instead of rolling them. We line the interior of the shell with dark chocolate to protect it from the moisture in the ice cream filling. Inspired by the PC cult favourite, Candy Cane Chocolate Fudge Crackle, these tacos are filled with vegan peppermint-vanilla ice cream with candy cane bits. The tacos are finished with a dip in more dark chocolate and more crushed candy canes!
